RACHAEL WILSON
Clinical Social Work Associate
Rachael is a Clinical Social Work Associate. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Oregon State University and a Master of Social Work from University of Texas at Arlington. She has worked in early education supporting children and families as well as outpatient mental health serving both youth and adults.
Rachael’s therapeutic approach is informed by a variety of modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Coherence Therapy. Rachael provides an empathetic, collaborative environment to support processing trauma, addressing deeply held negative beliefs, increasing self-awareness, and generating insight into patterns increasing suffering and distress. Rachael supports clients in connecting with their authentic self and increasing connection and engagement with the world around them.
In her free time, she enjoys making music, crafting, and spending time outdoors.
