Rylee serves as the Operations and Billing Director, helping keep the many moving pieces of the practice running smoothly while supporting both our team and the patients we serve. She is passionate about creating an environment where patients feel cared for, staff feel supported, and quality mental health services remain accessible within our community.

Outside of work, Rylee is a busy mom of three kids and three dogs. She is happiest when she has a project in progress and enjoys crafting, creating, DIY projects, and finding new things to make or improve. When she isn’t working on something, she enjoys spending time with her family and making the most of the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
